About Dancemakers
Dancemakers was established in 1989 by the Mother/Daughter team of Shirley Nelson and Cindy Turrentine. Together they have watched the studio grow into the well respected academy it is today. From the meager beginnings of 100 students and one 700 square foot studio, Dancemakers has grown to span two cities and accommodate the needs of hundreds of children annually.  Our studios were the first to introduce the 2-way viewing windows and are equipped with state of the art flooring and equipment.  Dancemakers is currently locaeted at 1420 Avenue B in Yuma, Arizona.  It’s El Centro Location is a 703 Industry Way Suite #5.  For more information or to tour the facility please feel free to visit during office hours or contact us at dancemakersyuma@aol.com or call the studio at 928-783-7754!
